Hi, When I install windows 8.1 theres is no Bluetooth driver installed in it. I have laptop with dell wireless 365 Bluetooth card. I am unable to get the driver. 1)What is the make and model of your PC?

2)Are you having Windows 8 64 bit Operating System on the computer?

3)What is the exact device name and the status of the Bluetooth Adapter displayed in the Device Manager?

4)Are you having the latest available drivers installed for the Bluetooth Adapter? Did you try updating it?

5)What was the previous version of Windows that you had on the computer before Windows 8?

6)Was this device working properly in the previous version of Windows operating system?

Try the steps given below and check if that fixes the issue.

Method 1: Try updating the driver from the Device Manager.

A.Press “Windows key + X”.

B.Click on “Device Manager” and then right click on the Bluetooth device listed in the Device Manager window and then select “Update Driver Software”.

C.Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the installation process and restart the computer.

If it is not able to find an update for the device, then follow the steps given below.

Method 2: Download and install the latest drivers from the Intel Download Center website.

A.Download and save the latest drivers for the Bluetooth Adapter Model that you have in the computer from the Intel Download Center website. (If you are not able to find the exact driver, then get the help of the Intel Support for this).

B.Double click on the set-up file that you have downloaded and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.

C.Restart the computer and check if you are able to connect your computer with any Bluetooth device.
